Pastor Dan Weber & Kim

Pastor Dan WeberPastor Dan Weber was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and is the son of Baptist missionaries, Vernon and Edith Weber. At the age of 16 he came to the U.S. where he completed his high school education at Miami Christian School in Florida. He attended Piedmont Bible College in North Carolina, where he received his Bachelor of Theology degree with a Missions minor. While there, he met and married Kim. They have been married 25 years. Kim is currently a sixth grade teacher. They are the parents of two teenagers, Vanessa and Wesley. Pastor Dan and Kim keep busy as their children are active in various school, church, music, and sports programs.

Pastor Weber began his ministry as Youth Pastor of Guilford College Bible Church in Greensboro, N.C. In January of 1989, he and Kim relocated to Ohio, where he accepted the position of Associate Pastor at Cortland Trinity Baptist Church. While there, Pastor Weber served as youth pastor, minister of music, and led numerous ministries, including missions, outreach, and family ministries. Pastor Weber has a strong burden for missions, and has taken several groups on missions trips over the years. He served at Cortland Trinity for 17 years.

As a testament of his dedication to children and Christian education, during his time at Cortland Trinity, Pastor Weber was led of the Lord to help the Christian school at which his children attended when a change in location and leadership was required. For the first year in its new location, Pastor Weber served as principal of Word of Life Christian Academy. He continued to serve as a Board Member for many years.

In February of 2006, Pastor Weber accepted the call of Senior Pastor at Calvary Bible Church, in Warren, Ohio. Calvary Bible Church is a group of believers who share a great desire to see souls saved and the Word of God spread here at home and abroad. Calvary Bible Church is also a family-oriented church and places great emphasis on the spiritual growth of its children and teens, as well as equipping the members to minister to others. Pastor Weber’s goal is to see the church “focusing upward, reaching outward, and ministering inward.”
